Do you accept my insurance?

I am an in-network provider with most Aetna, Highmark, Optum, United Behavioral Health, United Healthcare and UPMC Health Plan insurance plans. Please note that I am not credentialed to take Medicare or Medicaid plans. I recommend that you verify with your health insurance company as some plans that may be considered out of network or if you have specific questions about your out of pocket costs.

If I am not in-network with your health insurance company, I can give you a superbill (an itemized claims bill) for you to submit a claim for out-of-network reimbursement. Additionally, we have a cash payment agreement that can be discussed prior to your initial session.

When can we schedule an appointment?

I have appointments available Monday through Thursday from 9AM-1PM and 3PM-6PM. Please know that I currently have a waitlist for appointments after 3PM, however, I will do my best to find a time that works for both of us.

How long is a typical session?

Typically, our sessions will be between 45-55 minutes.

Where do we meet?

I have a few options on how we can meet:

  • In-Person: You can meet me in person at 90 N Richhill Street, Waynesburg, PA 15370. My office is located in a single-story house with a handicap ramp next to Meyer Law Office. There is no signage on the house to allow you to come in confidentially. When you arrive, you are welcome to sit in the waiting room to the left.

  • Online: All online counseling sessions are conducted via a secure and easy-to-use telehealth platform called Doxy.Me (similar to Zoom). You will receive a link prior to your session via text or email.

  • Telephone: We can meet at a scheduled time by telephone, if needed. However, please know that I have found it helpful to be able to connect face to face (in person or online).

Please note if you have health insurance your copays may vary based on an in-person, online or telephonic visit. It is recommended that you call your insurance company’s member service number to discuss.
